  • HRIS established and integrated with payroll to reduce payroll processing time and increase accuracy of payroll.
  • Ability to produce ad hoc reports allowing for quicker and more accurate dissemination of information for use in resource planning.

  • Establishment of career paths and salary bands, allowing for retention and career growth for current staff.

The organization now has streamlined processes and accurate data allowing for more accurate predictive analytics.

Change Agent

Non-profit agency needed to evaluate some of its leadership staff, conduct and HR audit and implement cost-effective processes to establish compliance.

Karen Bradunas worked on-site to:

  • Identify the staff changes needed.
  • Update the human resources function, making it compliant and sustainable.
  • Provide coaching for the executive director and other senior staff.
  • Develop and roll-out Emergency Preparedness Plan that is compliant with post-9/11 requirements,

The organization now has the necessary changes in place to allow for future growth.

Training on Demand

A non-profit foundation needed to help their grantees better understand and manager their rising healthcare costs.

Karen Bradunas developed and delivered a customized training package.  The training informed grantees how to develop a total rewards philosophy in a changing environment, and offered them practical approaches for addressing their unique needs.
